Being an Internet based business, we prefer orders to be placed online. This helps us to process and deliver your order swiftly. All products have clear colour pictures and descriptive details to enable you see exactly what you are buying, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our shopping cart and e-commerce system is professional, secure and easy-to-use. There is clear guidance all the way from your initial item selection, through to checkout and payment processing. Each product has an Add to Cart button next to it and the Quantity is changable within the cart itself before you continue to payment processing. This is where you need to enter your name, billing and delivery address and select a payment method.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Debit cards, Cheques, Postal Orders and Bank Transfer.

Please make Cheques and Postal Orders payable to Just Buy Online Ltd covering the full product cost, including the correct postage and packaging amount added to the product total. If the cheque amount is short, it will be returned to you unprocessed. We must advise you that you will have to wait 5-7 days for cheques to clear before your product can be dispatched, so instead, for hassle free shopping why not – Just Buy Online instead!

Debited Funds

When you place an order online, your Credit or Debit Card goes through an authorisation process, which simply guarantees that adequate funds are available in your account at that time. This authorisation is valid for approximately ten days to allow us time to fulfil your order in case we happen to be out of stock.

If this is the case, your card may be partially debited for the products we do have in stock, with the other items following shortly after. Your card will normally be debited (directly into our account) when the products are dispatched or immediately in the case of special orders.

Credit Card Authorisation Failures

The most common explanation for this error, is that you accidentally typed the card details incorrectly. If this happens, simply click the "Back" button on your Internet browser (generally top left) and you will be returned to the "payment processing" page to try again.

If authorisation fails again and you are positive the details are correct, first check your VALID TO & EXPIRY dates shown on the front of your card and your ISSUE NUMBER (if applic.). You could also call your card provider to ask why it was not authorised.

Our order processing department will receive your "failed order" anyway and may then contact you to arrange an alternative payment method, if you still wish to proceed.

Other possibilities for ordering problems may be; that your Internet Browser or your personal / company firewall does not support / allow "SSL Encryption" / Secure connections. (To check this, can you open this site? https://www.microsoft.com) If not, your computer's settings need to be adjusted. Also check to make sure you have "allowed cookies" under Tools / Options / Privacy in your Internet Browser.

Otherwise Contact Us and we will try to progress the order for you.

Order Acknowledgement

Soon after you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (provided the e-mail address you have given us is valid). If you wish to alter any information or correct a mistake, please e-mail service@justbuyonline.co.uk with your Order Number).

Telephone Orders

If you have a problem placing an order online or simply prefer ordering over the telephone and would rather talk to the Customer Service Team in person, please Contact Us directly.

Please note: To keep our overheads low and therefore be able to pass on better prices and savings to you, the customer, we do not run a call center as such, so we regret we cannot give you specific advice as to whether you should or should not buy certain products. However, we will answer any questions you may have about the products we sell if you have questions that need to be answered before making a purchase.

Facsimile Orders

Orders by fax must be clearly legible and include your name, billing address, delivery address and a full description of the products you wish to order. Please include the long Credit or Debit Card number, start date, expiry date, issue number (if applic.), name on card and CVV - security number (the last three digits on the rear of the card). No products will dispatched until payment is received full.

Whilst Just Buy Online Ltd will correct any errors or omissions asap, we will not be liable to sell a product or service, if any price or detail previously published was in fact a genuine mistake.

Product Availability

Orders made for any products or services displayed on this website, including prices, do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract or agreement. Your order is deemed to be an offer for the products or services selected and Just Buy Online Ltd is not obliged to accept your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further information to enable us to evaluate, validate and/or process an order. Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All products are offered subject to availability. There may be occasional circumstances beyond our control that mean we cannot fulfil an order in part or in full.

If, for some reason we have to cancel an order or refund your card in part or in full, we can and will do this promptly and then contact you via e-mail or phone to inform you.

There may be a 5-10 day delay between Just Buy Online Ltd refunding your card and it actually showing up on your account, so please be patient as this process is controlled by the banks.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by any of the above.
